A week ago, I wrote about a miscalculation from a site that I bought quite a few items recently, I thought that things will turn out to be good and no more issue to handle from the same site but did not end up like how I would imagine it to be. Having quite a bumpy ride buying items from the same site. However, I managed to contact the site immediately and as usual I received prompt respond from them regarding an item that I got recently.

Today I was frantic with worry. I was in a really good mood this morning and was going to get myself ready heading to the mall and didn't expect any unpleasant things to occur. One of the item I received has faulty, it has slight poor workmanship around the zip area, I only realized when I start to zip but it ends half way, I was of course in frantic mode, there is no way I could unzip myself and have myself stuck in it, there are no other alternatives way that I could remove myself from it, I was having really hard time (a very long time) trying as gentle as I could to unzip myself from itself. Finally when I'm able to have it removed but the size of the hole beside the zip is below 10mm, so it killed my joy instantly. Fortunately they accept exchange and make it exceptional (again), will send another one to me in the coming weeks.
I don't usually buy items online, but I'd have been observing that site as long as I could remember, the owner of the site put so much effort on the business site, seems like meticulous and attentive person from what I observed from the blog and feedback from other sites. The owner also had been interviewed and featured in quite a few sites.
